Personal Assistant (PA) to the Corporate Leadership Team External

This is a great opportunity for someone to join one of the council's friendly administration support teams. Working in a busy environment no two days are the same.

The job is varied and includes managing the diaries of the council's senior management team, supporting meetings and responding to queries from both internal and external customers. We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in an administrative support role who can effectively organise and prioritise tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

You must also be good at listening to, and speaking with, internal and external customers delivering outstanding customer service using your effective verbal and written communications skills.

• 23½ hrs per week with an annual salary of £16,585 - £17,677 (pay award pending)
