Two arrested after alleged assault on teenage girl in Coalville

Two teenagers were arrested after a girl was allegedly assaulted in Coalville yesterday (Friday).
Police attended the scene in Durris Close following a call from the ambulance service.
A spokesman for Leicestershire Police said: "Police were called by the East Midlands Ambulance Service to Durris Close in Coalville shortly after 5.30am yesterday (Friday 14 May) following a report that a teenage girl had been assaulted.
"Officers attended and located the girl, who had not suffered serious injuries.
"A 16-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy were located nearby and arrested on suspicion of common assault.
"They have since been released under investigation and enquiries are continuing."
