Ibstock Shop Hit By Positive Covid-19 Test Is To Re-open This Week

An Ibstock store which had to temporarily close due to an employee testing positive for coronavirus, is to re-open tomorrow (Tuesday).

Haydons, on Ibstock High Street, announced last Friday that it would have to close its doors due to Covid-19 regulations.

But now it is read to re-open once more and say they have gone 'far beyond the guidelines' to get up and running again.

A social media post from Haydons reads: "We have worked tirelessly to get the shop completely sanitised scrubbing every wall, bottle jar ect to ensure we safe.

"We are happy we have gone far beyond the guidelines and we will open tomorrow TUESDAY 27th

"Thank you all for your kind words and support snd we look forward to seeing you all again."
