Coronavirus Crisis: Coalville Company Is Offering Key Workers The Chance To Win 10 Free Meals

By Graham Hill 25th Apr 2020

A Coalville company is running a competition to provide 10 local key workers with a free meal.

English and Maths tutors Kip McGrath, based in High Street, has teamed up with Little Betty's Mobile, a locally run catering service.

Together, they are expressing their gratitude to front line heroes who are providing vital services during the Coronavirus lockdown by offering a meal, on them, delivered to their door.

You can nominate a local key worker, telling us why you think they deserve to win before an extended deadline of Tuesday, April 28, at 9pm.

Comment on the Coalville Nub News Facebook page, the Kip McGrath Coalville Facebook page Kip McGrath or by emailing: Coalville@kipmcgrath.co.uk.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday.

Helen Harper, the director and tutor at the Kip McGrath Coalville centre, said: "We want to make a contribution to the local people who are doing things.

"I wanted to use Little Betty's because they serve wholesome food for people who are still out working.

"Rachel at Little Betty's does things like a large breakfast but also whole family lasagnes and cakes, there are different things every week."
