Multi-skilled Electrician (3 roles available)
We are looking for a skilled, motivated Electrician to join our Housing Repairs Team to help us provide safe, well-maintained homes for our tenants. In this varied and rewarding role, you will carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and installation work across our housing stock, including occupied properties and void homes. You will diagnose faults, complete repairs to a high standard, ensure compliance with current regulations, and contribute to a responsive, customer-focused service. As part of a professional, supportive team, you will use your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records using handheld technology, and complete all work safely and in line with relevant legislation and Council procedures. · 37 hours hrs per week with a starting annual salary of £35,531
· Opportunity to increase annual salary via multiskilled assessment after 6 months service
· 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
