Property Services Support Officer – Commercial

Do you have a keen interest in commercial property and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Are you a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail? If so, we would like to hear from you.

The Property Services Team are looking for a highly organised person to provide administration support to the Council's commercial and corporate property portfolio. The successful candidate must have some previous experience of working in an administrative support role, ideally with some property-related knowledge.

You will play a key role in the financial administration for the service, supporting the delivery of commercial leases and licences and maintaining key data using our new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

• Part-time, 21.75 hours per week with a salary of £16,626 - £18,640 (full time equivalent £27,711 - £31,067) pay award pending
