This type of tai chi, a slow, gentle Chinese way of exercising, is specially created so that all levels of ability can do it, even those with joint, balance or neurological problems. Marlene Reid Centre Mon 1:30 - 3:00 £4 & Thurs 6:30 - 8:00 £6.
