The Victoria in Coalville has two tribute bands playing live this weekend.

On Friday night, Blondish are in town.

The tribute to Debbie Harry and Blondie will be on stage at the Whitwick Road venue.

They describe themselves as the ultimate tribute to Blondie. Expect all the big hits and all the big singalongs.

On Saturday, Dark Grin are on stage at The Victoria.

This is an amazing grunge covers band.

They will be playing everything from Soundgarden to 4 Non-Blondes.

The Century Theatre in Coalville has The Carpenters Experience on Saturday.

This is the UK's leading Carpenters show, featuring the amazing voice of Maggie Nestor and eight top-class musicians, capturing the sights and sounds of the amazing talents of Richard and Karen Carpenter.

Karen's silky contralto is combined with Richard's delightful piano and seamless harmonies in this big production that brings Close To You, We've Only Just Begun, Top of the World, Rainy Days and Mondays, Solitaire, Goodbye to Love, Please Mr Postman, For All We Know, Only Yesterday and dozens more classic songs to the stage.
