The Century Theatre hosts El Mistico next Thursday (October 3).

This is mystical; a unique unforgettable performance; it's mesmerising, it's spellbinding, it's a show that will literally blow your mind!

Magician and Mind Reader Angus Baskerville has performed for many celebrities. A member of the prestigious Magic Circle, he will open the show with his sleight of hand trickery and impossible mentalism predictions. Volunteer to get up close as he performs tricks right in front of your eyes and accurately reads your mind.

The Donington Arms, near Coalville, has a MacMillan Fundraising Gig - with The Deloreans playing live on Saturday.

This is part of the Donington le Heath pub's fundraisIng day.

Tickets are just £5 which goes to the charity.

With Leicester City away this weekend, how about going to see some non-league action instead.

The Ravens are playing at United Counties League game against second-placed Clay Cross.

In Ibstock, the Palace Community Centre has its Classic Film Night on Friday - with Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid showing.

In 1899, Butch Cassidy is the affable, clever, talkative leader of the outlaw Hole in the Wall gang. His closest companion is the laconic Sundance Kid. The two return to their hideout at to discover that the rest of the gang, irked at Cassidy's long absences, have selected Harvey Logan as their new leader.

Logan challenges Cassidy to a knife fight over the gang's leadership. Cassidy defeats him using trickery, but embraces Logan's idea to rob a train on both its eastward and westward runs, agreeing that the second robbery would be unexpected and likely reap more money than the first.

The 1620s House in Donington le Heath has an End of Season Afternoon Tea on Saturday.

You can enjoy a delightful afternoon tea in the beautiful setting of Manor House barn as the end of season is celebrated.
