Budding stars are stealing the limelight this weekend in the Coalville area.

Music and entertainment take centre stage over the weekend.

The auditions for Coalville Has Talent continue tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday at the Century Theatre.

The first ever Coalville Has Talent and acts are preparing themselves for the first round auditions to a live audience.

Each audition day is hosting nine acts with the audience deciding who will go through to the finals in front of a celebrity judge panel.

Amazing acts, rising stars, singing sensations and dance divas are all on stage as the search begins for a winner of Coalville has Talent.

The Century also has a midweek show when the Lee Academy of Dance and Drama will be performing over two nights on Tuesday and Wednesday.

For rock fans, the Victoria Bikers' Pub in Coalville has gigs tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday.

On Friday,, The Moxters of Rock features bands such as Think Lizzy and Masters of Sabbath,

Saturday night sees the return of Murder of Crows - with a Kiss Tribute band providing the support.

And there is music of a different kind when the Central Bar in Ibstock hosts Ibstock Soul Club,

Guest DJs for June are Miss Alex Gallagher and Peter Leek (Aldridge Soul Club) supported by resident DJs Richard Reed and Sean T Taylor.
