The Vista mobile eye health unit will be in Market Hall Car Park in Coalville tomorrow (Thursday) as part of National Eye Health Week.

It will be there from 1.30pm until 4pm.

Organisers promise a warm and welcoming hub of activities for both kids and adults.

You can have your eyes screened, receive expert advice and access valuable information about protecting your vision.

The Vista mobile van is dedicated to bringing support and services to the community.

You can engage with the team, take part in the activities and learn about the positive impact Vista can have on those with sight loss.

Over 50 per cent of sight loss is due to treatable or preventable causes.

A sight test is not just about checking vision, there are also vital checks for various health conditions.

If a problem is spotted early, conditions can be treated successfully to avoid potential sight loss.
