The site of a former Coalville cafe is up for auction next week.

What was Alma's Cafe at 12, Jackson Street is on at a guide price of £115,000.

The sale, held by SDL Property Auctions of Nottingham, is taking place next Thursday (February 27) from 9am.

While the auction details say that it is currently undergoing refurbishment, it adds that the plan is for it to reopen as a cafe next month.

It would be let at £9,600 per annum and has a five year lease as of last December.

The building is a freehold investment with potential for having a residential facility upstairs. The property is also advertised as having a rear yard with a communal parking area.
