A security guard was 'kicked multiple times' and hospitalised after being attacked at a Coalville supermarket.
Leicestershire Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward following the assault at the Asda store in Ashby Road.
A 14-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH), they have since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: "On Thursday (January 26) around 5.25pm, a security guard at Asda in Ashby Road was assaulted by two people in the entrance/foyer area of the supermarket.
"He was kicked multiple times and sustained significant swelling to both eyes, bruising, lumps and cuts to the face and neck and was treated in hospital.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident or captured the incident on their phones is asked to get in touch.
