Man charged after 'serious collision' in Coalville

A man has been charged after a serious collision in Coalville last summer.

Phillip Blankley, 20, of James Street, in Anstey, has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drugs.

He is due to appear before Leicester Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Wednesday 17 February).

The charges relate to an incident in Greenhill Road on July 22 last year.
