HITZ - Jump into Employment is a brand new course delivered by the Leicester Tigers Foundation which starts at Stephenson College in Coalville this September.

In partnership with the SMB College Group, it is aimed at young people aged 16-24, who are currently not in education, employment or training.

The 16-week course provides young people with the chance to enhance their personal and employability skills.

While HITZ Jump into Employment is based around the core values of rugby, it is not a rugby course and is open to anyone looking to enhance their future prospects.

Learners will complete a range of qualifications, a work placement and participate in multiple health and wellbeing sessions.

Qualifications include: BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Work Skills, Functional Skills (Maths/English) and a Sports Leadership Award.
