To mark Mental Health awareness week, Coalville-based Mental health first aider, Kirat Sandhu, has put together an article to explain more about what it is and how it can help people in need.

"It's Mental Health Awareness Week

"Remember, you are not alone - take a moment to prioritise our mental well-being and support those around us.

"The numbers on the poster below are always available for anyone who needs to talk.

"I'm a qualified Mental Health First Aider, and I understand the importance of reaching out and actively supporting.

"My inbox is always open for anyone who needs a listening ear or a helping hand.

"Together, we really can break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a supportive community where everyone feels valued and heard. 💙
