Ibstock property handed closure order after concerns over anti-social behaviour at the address

North West Leicestershire Police have issued a closure order for an address in Ibstock following reports of anti-social behaviour.

This follows complaints from residents about the property in Chapel Street.

A social media post from Coalville's Bardon Beat Team has confirmed the action.

It reads: "Police have successfully applied for a closure order at an address on Chapel Street, Ibstock after local residents reported anti-social behaviour.

"Working in partnership with North West Leicestershire District Council, Leicester Magistrates Court heard the application and granted the order which lasts until August 31, 2023."

Police have urged people to contact them if they have similar issues.

The post adds: "If you have any concerns about anti-social behaviour then please get in touch with us on 101 or through the Leicestershire Police website. #yousaidwedid."
