A fly-tipper drove through three fields to dump heaps of rubbish in the countryside just outside Coalville.

North West Leicestershire Police made the shocking find at Charley, close to Whitwick.

But they believe they will not have far to look for the culprits as their names and address were attached to some of the items.

North West Leicestershire Police posted photos of the discovery on their Facebook page on Wednesday.

And it was clear that a good deal of waste had been strewn across the field.

Their message read: This was discovered in a field near Charley today.

"Someone had taken the time to drive through three fields to dump their rubbish, but were kind enough to leave names and address at the scene!
