Just seven homes remain for sale at a popular housing development in Heather.

Bellway is selling a selection of four-bedroom houses at Heathlands, off Swepstone Road.

When completed, the development will comprise a total of 34 homes, of which 24 are being sold privately and the remaining ten provided as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.

Construction work began on the site in November 2018 and is due to be completed this autumn. Twenty three of the private homes have been sold and 17 are already occupied.

The remaining homes include a selection of three and four-bedroom houses which are priced from £277,500. Among the properties for sale is the four-bedroom detached Cottesmore, which is open for visitors to view.

Carolyne Watkinson, Sales Director for Bellway East Midlands, said: "At Bellway, we are committed to helping meet the growing demand for new homes in the area, and the houses at Heathlands have been carefully designed to appeal to buyers at different stages of the property ladder.

"We've received extremely positive responses from the customers who have bought here, and it's been lovely to see a new tight knit community form on the development.

"Given how popular Heathlands has proven to be, we don't expect the final seven homes to remain on the market for long. I would therefore advise those interested in purchasing a house at Heathlands to contact our sales advisor on site as soon as possible."

Bellway's Part Exchange is also available to use on the site.

Under the scheme, an independent valuation is made of the customer's existing home, with a fair price then being offered based upon this. The buyer is then able to move into their new property without the worry or hassle of selling their old house.
