The club have said: "On Tuesday September 1st we lay to rest a big part of football at Coalville Town and a close friend to a lot of us.
"With current restrictions limiting the number of people who can attend the funeral, the family have asked for those who want to pay their respect to Tony if they could line the streets socially distanced as the funeral process leaves Tony home, can everyone be in place by 1:50pm.
"Please be respectful of parking on the Limes Estate, we hope by having some of his friends and people he has worked with in football over the years lining the streets we can help the family on what will be a difficult day for everyone close to Tony.
