Masons Chemist says it is now taking bookings for Covid vaccinations at its Coalville branch in Belvoir Road.

The North West Leicestershire chain of chemists announced on Sunday that the service is available from next Monday, March 22.

A post on their Facebook page reads: "We are thrilled to be able to announce that we are now able to take bookings via the National Booking system for COVID vaccination at our Coalville branch of Masons Chemists.

"We have appointments available from Monday the 22nd of March.

"If you have had your invitation to book your COVID vaccine, or are in priority group 1-8, you can now see our available appointments and book a suitable slot.

"Our team has worked really hard to make this valuable service available to our customers and provide a vaccination option in the heart of Coalville - and we look forward to playing our part in the vaccination programme."
