Coalville CAN is staging a presentation and demonstration of a pollution control system that gives immediate visual feedback and statistics about the state of the air we all breathe.

The event takes place next Tuesday (October 25) at the CAN offices in Memorial Square.

Monitors are being installed outside schools and on specific roads in different parts of the country - and orgaanisers hope they can arrive in North West Leicestershire.

Deana Wildgoose, of Coalville CAN, said: "Monitoring the environment is the first step to changing it - so we're looking for people and groups that might want to take some action too."

The event is being twice on the Tuesday, at 10 am and 6pm. It will be free and all are welcome.

You can book in advance HERE.
