The Apollo Partnership is running summer schools in August as year six students aim to catch up on time lost due to the Covid pandemic.
They are free of charge and lunch is provided.
A letter to families from the The Apollo Leadership Team reads: "The Summer Schools, which will offer a blend of academic education alongside enrichment activities, are being funded by the Government this year with an aim to make up for some of the children's missed education and form one part of the Government's educational recovery programme.
"They also offer an important opportunity for us, at the Apollo schools, to support children's wellbeing.
"Children will have the opportunity to build relationships with their fellow classmates, meet new teachers, work with some staff from their primary schools and also familiarise themselves with their new school environment.
"We are currently planning the timetable for the week, but hope to be able to offer a wide variety of activities alongside the academic sessions, including drama, sport, music, arts and crafts alongside a day trip out.
"If you would like your child to attend the Apollo Summer School, then please fill in the details on the form to register your place by Friday 18th June - Children do need to attend all week.
