• Perform bricklaying and plastering tasks as required by the Facilities and Environmental Services department.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Adapt to varying work schedules and tasks as required by the department.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in wet construction trades, specifically in bricklaying and plastering.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation related to construction work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
