Description

Provide first line support for day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with the company policies and procedures. Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers
  • Answer employee inquiries and concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Line Managers with first line advice, guidance, and support on ER related activity;
  • Performance management, absence management, conduct challenges, grievance process, disciplinary process and family friendly processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records using iTrent, Eploy, Docushare, HR Hub and LMS systems to record data.
  • Ensure that all personnel files are compliant with GDPR guidelines.
  • Ensure Line Managers are using the Eploy system to recruit as per Company procedure, challenge where this is not taking place and guide on best practice.
  • To work with the payroll team to ensure all necessary documentation is compiled ahead of the monthly/weekly payroll run.

Profile

  • HR Co-Ordinator
  • Previously worked in a HR team, preferably in a Shared Service environment
  • Previously supported employee relations cases
  • CIPD qualification
  • Well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative.
