We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide high quality HR advice, manage a varied employee relations caseload, and support managers across the council. You'll work as part of a supportive, friendly HR team, delivering clear guidance, contributing to HR projects and training, and helping shape a positive, values driven workplace in our flexible hybrid environment. We're seeking someone who can start as soon as possible, with a competitive salary and great development opportunities. 

•          36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £37,280 per annum  (band £37,280 to £40,777)

•          34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years
