Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering excellent property services? We are seeking a motivated and forwardthinking Repairs and Maintenance Manager to lead our Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works team.

This is a key role in helping us deliver a modern, effective and customerfocused repairs and maintenance service for our tenants and communities. You will be responsible for managing the daytoday delivery of responsive repairs, ensuring high standards of workmanship, customer service and productivity. With a strong focus on disrepair, damp and mould, complex repairs and service improvement, you will drive performance, value for money and positive outcomes for our tenants Why Join Us? This role is an opportunity to make a real impact across North West Leicestershire improving homes, strengthening communities, and shaping a service that tenants can rely on. •           36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £47,181 (Band H £47,181 to £51,356)

•           Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working

•           34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
