ICT Business Support Analyst – Fixed Term Contract
The Council is investing in new technology and modernising our operations to work more efficiently and further improve the service provided to customers.
We are looking for someone to join our busy support team providing IT support to 500 users across the Council. The job includes offering first and second-line support, helping with software and hardware issues, and setting up laptops, smartphones, and other devices for users.
We are predominantly a Microsoft house and use the full Office 365 stack and a range of bespoke applications so must have a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Applications, desktop and server technologies, plus experience and understanding of mobile devices, network and security
• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £27,711 - £31,067 (pay award pending)
• Fixed term contract to 31 December 2026
