We're Hiring: Home Improvement Programme Chargehand. Are you an experienced supervisor with a trade background? Do you have the skills to lead a team and deliver high-quality home improvement services? If so, we want to hear from you! What you'll do: Manage and coordinate resources for home improvement projects, Carry out surveys and post-inspections to ensure quality standards, Lead and motivate operatives, driving performance and efficiency, Ensure compliance with health & safety and council policies, Deliver services within budget and promote excellent customer care.

•          36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £37,280 to £40,777

•          34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)

•          Attractive Local Government Pension Scheme with at least 22% employer's contribution
