In this role, you'll be based on site, delivering high-quality practical and classroom-based training to apprentices working towards their Level 3 Maintenance Engineering qualifications. You'll be supported through a full teacher training package and have access to excellent development and progression opportunities.
Previous teaching or training experience is not required - full training will be provided. All we ask is that you bring a solid foundation in maintenance engineering, good knowledge of PLCs (fault-finding essential; basic programming desirable), and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

The Person:
Experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical bias preferred) Strong PLC fault-finding skills (some programming knowledge advantageous) Level 3 qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) Passion for developing others - no teaching experience needed Looking for a long-term, stable role away from the tools
