Your Role Includes
  • Carrying out both planned (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults properly not just hitting reset
  • Reading and understanding electrical schematics to guide your work
  • Working closely with production to anticipate and prevent breakdowns
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and tackling recurring problems at the root
  • Always putting safety first and following site policies and procedures
What You Need To Have
  • NVQ Level 3 / ONC in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
  • Confident in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing faults
  • Logical thinker with a proactive approach to engineering issues
  • PLC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
  • Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
