We are recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a busy, fast paced manufacturing site in the Coalville area, of Leicestershire. If you are looking for a high spec, clean, innovative manufacturing site that wants to support and progress its employees, this could be the job for you! You will work a double days shift pattern, Monday to Friday, rotating mornings 05.30-13.30 and afternoons 13.30-21.30 for a starting salary of 40,735 progressing to 45,693 in stages once markers have been met.

The Job:

• Ensuring all equipment is in a safe & serviceable condition
• Maintaining and enhancing performance of all machinery within the corrugating / conversion plant
• Reducing engineering downtime, responding rapidly to machine failures and breakdowns
• Undertaking projects and assisting with all on-site installations
• Undertaking, developing, and improving planned maintenance schedules
• Demonstrating flexibility to cover absence and sickness as required

The Requirements:

• Time served (apprenticeship trained) engineer or equivalent
• 5 years electrical maintenance engineering experience
• Fault finding on 3 phase control circuits
• Experience controls systems
• Experience with PLC's (preferred)
• F.M.C.G. experience (ideal)
