A large housing association has a need for an Experienced Building Surveyor with excellent IT skills (using teams) to work on a temp to perm contract for a 3-month period initially.The RoleWorking on insurance claims by carrying out surveys and updating files in teams and co-ordinating the remedial work needed. The works are fairly minor in nature - smoke and water damage mainly.Travel will be throughout the East Midlands region and so this role is mainly home based with a visit to the office once a week.About YouYou will need to be a qualified Building Surveyor or have a relevant trade background and experience as a surveyor.You will be an expert in social housing maintenance and have excellent IT skills.This role is for 3 months initially and then becomes permanent subject to a satisfactory period.What you'll get in returnWeekly pay, holiday pay and pension if PAYE, or Umbrella.
