Hi Guys

Okay, I know a lot of you have a passion for exercise, fitness and wellness and are in a situation we'd all rather not be in, but I have spent the last few days setting up an Online timetable of classes, as my beautiful studio cannot be used - this timetable of sessions will be broadcast over a live feed, via Zoom and Facebook Live, you are more than welcome to join in.

There is a fee for the service, I won't hide that fact, but at £7 a week, it's an absolute bargain!

If you want access to a library of Dancefit, Kettlebells, Yoga, Pilates and more too, you have the option to pay £25 per month which gives you all the live sessions and the on-demand access too.

No pressure, just getting a service to you that I know i would certainly want to be available to me.
