A new leisure centre is currently under construction and Coalville C.A.N. hopes the Whitwick site can be used for the benefit of the community.

Children in the Coalville area will have a raft of activities at their fingertips this summer after leisure operator Everyone Active linked up with holiday course provider TayPlay.
Everyone Active, which runs Hermitage Leisure Centre in Whitwick in partnership with North West Leicestershire District Council, has brought in TayPlay to deliver camps for children aged 5-11 (year one-year six).
