The finding comes in a survey of more than 2,000 consumers for #wecreateexperiences, a campaign being launched today (Tuesday) by One Industry One Voice, a group representing the UK's events industry.

Leicestershire County Council says the new car parking payment system at Snibston Colliery Park now incorporates number plate recognition.

A post on the Leicestershire Country Parks website says season ticket holders will be able to park on this site for free – as long as you make sure your car registration number assigned to your ticket is up to date, - that will avoid any last minute car park barrier issues.

A new scheme instore at wilko in Coalville will see customers able to drop off used, disposable face masks - so that they can be recycled and reused as everything from building materials to new furniture for communities in need.

Around 150 of the home and garden retailer's stores nationwide will, from next month, have special collection bins for customers to safely drop off their used single use face masks, after shopping for essential items instore.

Nick Hamer's film offered a fascinating look at how the monks have had to accept some aspects of 21st century life. But it took him 18 months to develop the access he needed.
