What's On in the Coalville area this weekend

This weekend's Coalville events cover a wide range of entertainment and activities - hopefully there is something for everyone.

It may be called the Ashby Show, but it is a short hop from Coalville and returns on Sunday - with around 15,000 people expected to attend the event at Cattow's Farm in Heather.
There are plenty of highlights for visitors, with the Red Devils Parachute team and a Lancaster Bomber flypast planned, provided the weather behaves itself.
As well as that, The Derwent Valley Gun Dog Display Team, a Vintage & Classic Car Display and the Rearsby Lodge Quadrille Team will all be there.

The Victoria Bikers' Pub in Whitwick Lane is hosting a Coalville Metal Invasion this weekend.
It kicks off on Friday night and goes through to Saturday.
Internal Conflict, Medusa Touch, From Her Ashes and The Black Hounds are among the bands playing live.

The Emporium in Coalville has a 90s and 00s night on Saturday.
Livin' Joy ft Luzahnn, Live N-Trance, Sonique and Wide Boys are all there.
