The Victoria in Coalville has a tribute to Spandau Ballet on Friday.

Spandesque Ballet will be playing live at the Whitwick Road venue and bringing all the hit songs by the New Romantic icons.

They are a six-piece tribute to the Spandaus that play the songs from Reformation Tour, and more.

Also on Friday, the Century Theatre has The Signatures' Northern Soul Live show.

Friday night also sees Coalville Labour Club hosting a Family DJ and Music Night.

Join DJs Alfred, Jamie, Dave and Jay for an all-ages DJ and Music Night, featuring dance classics, house, electro, psy/liquid, trance, and more!

Music will be live from 6pm to 10pm, with crafts and games available until 8pm.

Activities include board games with Meeple People, Lego, Crafts with Ali and Seth, and more.

Bar is open (adults only!) with free soft drinks and snacks available for all ages.

All funds raised go towards DJ equipment for future events, and young DJ radio shows.

On Saturday, the Century Theatre has The Gary Moore Blues Experience.

Although he left us over 10 years ago, Gary Moore is still very much with us… he was an unstoppable, irrepressible force of nature. The Gary Moore Blues Experience is dedicated to ensuring that the spirit and passion with which he imbued his music lives on.

He wrote and produced a wide range of music in his lifetime, including jazz fusion, Celtic rock, traditional style and modern blues, hard rock, an excursion into disco beat, and ballads and songs consisting of pure melody.

The band reproduces the authentic essence of the blues and the power of the blues rock. Also included and accurately rendered are the many famous and unparalleled ballads including Empty Rooms, Midnight Blues, Parisienne Walkways, Still Got the Blues for You, Story of the Blues, Still in Love with You.

The Palace Theatre in Ibstock has Afternoon Tea at the Palace this Saturday.

This Coalville Belvoir Rotary Club event runs from 2pm to 4pm. 

It will be raising funds for Young Minds and Redgate Animal Sanctuary.
