The Central Bar in Ibstock has a tribute to one of the 70s' most popular bands on Saturday night.
The Unofficial: West Coast Eagles are a tribute to the great Eagles.
The music of the Eagles is timeless and has influenced many artists over the past 45 years.
It does not easily fit into any category yet within it you can hear a subtle blend of pop, rock, country and a style all of their own.
To contemplate a tribute show to a band of this calibre and with such a legacy of songs, is a daunting task indeed.
Yet this is exactly what "West Coast Eagles" have done.
Formed in 2014 the band have built a reputation of superb precision musicianship and layered with superb vocal harmonies.
Details of how to book are HERE.
There is music of a different kind at the 1620s House at Donington le Heath.
The popular Lachrimae Consort returns with a fascinating programme about the life and music of the noble Berkeley family at Caludon Castle, near Coventry, during the reign of Elizabeth I.
The performance includes amazing stories written by the House Steward at the time, John Smyth.
The musicians of Lachrimae Consort are all expert in playing instruments of the time, including treble viol, bass viol, recorder, bandora, cittern and lute.
The Queen loved this special combination of instruments and there are three surviving accounts of her hearing them during progresses, and even asking for an encore.
