Live music and something for the foodies among you dominate the weekend's events in the Coalville Area.

The Century Theatre takes you back to the 60s when it hosts The Bootleg Shadows this Saturday night.

The Bootleg Shadows perform a unique tribute that has the audiences humming the tunes and doing the Shadows' famous walk long after they have left the theatre.

Tomorrow (Friday), Foodie Friday returns to Newmarket in Marlborough Square.

Held on the last Friday of every month, Foodie Friday is a selection of local food and drink produce in the indoor market in the heart of Coalville.

Northern Soul and Motown are on the menu tomorrow night (Friday) at the Coalville Soul Club.

Based at the Hugglescote Social Club, £5 gets you some of the best local DJs playing some great sounds from the 60s and 70s.

The Black Horse in Whitwick hosts Part Time Heroes as their live band tomorrow night (Friday).

The Victoria Bikers' Pub in Coalville has gigs both tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday.

Cotton Mouth, Millenium, Friends of Merlin and Wolfsmoke play on Friday HERE.
