Two more players agree new deals with Coalville Town - including ex-Derby County keeper

Coalville Town have confirmed that two more players have agreed deals for the coming season.

And they have hinted a new signing is also on the way to the Southern League Premier Division Central club.

The Ravens said on their website that Ex-Derby County, Burton Albion and Notts County goalkeeper Saul Deeney, 38, and midfielder and fan favourite Joe Doyle-Charles, 25 have committed to the club as manager Adam Stevens' men returned for pre-season at the weekend.

The current retained list is now:

  • Saul Deeney
  • Chris Robertson
  • Jake Eggleton
  • Kian Taylor
  • Kalern Thomas
  • Steve Towers
  • Joe Doyle-Charles
  • Connor Smith
  • Tom McGlinchey
  • Tim Berridge
  • Billy Kee

Coalville have promised more retained player news in the coming week and information on Coalville's first new addition.
