Two motorists were arrested by Coalville Police on Saturday night after road accidents in the area.

Officers arrestees once person on drink driving charges and another for drug driving.

A later update on the Leicestershire Police 24/7 website said: "Driver blew over the limit at custody so will charged with the offence and will await a court appearance."

Last night, the same account posted: "On Coalville Police area tonight, good proactive work has resulted in two S165 RTA seizures.

"Two persons arrested for drink drive & one for drug driving."

The post did not reveal the exact location of the offences.
