Traffic Accident Causes Whitwick Road Closure

Leicester Road in Whitwick has been closed due to a traffic accident.

Leicestershire Police posted on social media just after 4.30pm that drivers should avoid the area.

They have urged motorists to seek an alternative route.

Police posted on social media: "Road closure | 16:32 | Leicester Road in Whitwick is currently closed due to a road traffic incident. Please seek an alternate route. Thank you."
