Three fire crews called to tackle Coalville shed blaze

Three fire crews were called out to a shed blaze in Coalville this evening (Thursday).

Two vehicles from Coalville and one from Shepshed raced to Bridge Road after the alarm was raised around 8.15pm.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service gave details on their website and said: "Initial call received to a Shed Fire.

"Upon arrival - One shed found well alight.

"Four Breathing Apparatus and three Hose Reel Jets in use.

"Update: Fire is now out and damping down of shed in progress.

"Two Breathing Apparatus remain committed. Gas and Electrics have been isolated."
