Coalville Community Group THINK FC has organised three events for this weekend.

Tomorrow (Saturday), Co-operative Coalville is taking place.

This is a free exhibition and talk on past and future Co-operatives in Coalville.

It lasts from 12-5pm - with a talk at 12.30 - this is at the Peter Elderfield Building, at the top of Market Street.

CASE & Coalville CAN present Co-operative Living History, an exhibition of stories, photos, and objects celebrating the co-operative movement in Coalville & Leicestershire.

Co-operatives have a rich and storied history; this exhibition will celebrate that by sharing the stories of their members and communities.

Come and see where Co-ops started in Coalville and where the new co-op Coalville CAN is going,

Visitors are urged to bring memories or ideas - or both!

The Coalville (guided) Mega Walk is happening on Sunday.

It meets at the Clock Tower in Memorial Square at 10am for six mile stroll with Harry and Deana.

The walk passes through some amazing spaces and places around the area, from nature reserves, to theatres, to woods, to parks to a town centre with independent shops, cafes and heritage galore.

Also, the final Fizzical Fun in the Sun event is on Sunday at Hermitage Lake Side from 12-4pm.
