Two men have been arrested after the discovery of a cannabis farm at a property in Coleorton.

Police say they were informed by member of the public and they raided the house earlier today (Wednesday).

A post on the North West Leicestershire Police Facebook page reads: "Acting on information passed by the community, officers from Northwest Leicestershire policing team have attended an address in Coleorton and discovered it was being used for the production of Cannabis.

"Two adult males have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences."
