Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The man, who was arrested at the scene on suspicion of the murder of Mr Bettison, was, on Saturday, further arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in relation to the woman.

The scene preservation at the park has been lifted following a thorough examination of the area.
