Coalville's Long Lane Surgery says it will be able to offer small amounts of the Covid vaccine.
But it has made it clear that the option to be vaccinated locally is not being offered at the moment.
The main vaccination hub is still at the Measham Leisure Centre.
A social media post from the Long Lane Surgery says: "As per the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, we are continuing to contact patients as per priority groups 5 and 6.
"The Measham Leisure Centre hub has now vaccinated over 15,000 patients.
"It is still the main venue for vaccinations in NWL and will continue to be so for the next few months.
"However, small amounts of vaccine are now starting to be moved out to North West Leciestershire surgeries including Long Lane, this is dependant on vaccine availability.
"We are really pleased to be able to offer the vaccine more locally however, I would like to reiterate only small amounts of the vaccine will be available at Long Lane Surgery sporadically.
"As yet we are not offering patients an 'option' of location due to the uncertainty of vaccine delivery and the importance of getting everyone vaccinated ASAP.
"Patients will continue to be contacted either by phone by the Long Lane admin team, or sent a text message providing the ability to directly book an appointment online."
