A gas leak and fire has been reported in Ellistown - with Leicestershire Police urging residents to take precautions.
The incident happened in Spencer View and has affected the surrounding area.
Leicestershire Police said: "Spencer View, Ellistown, and the surrounding nearby area - there has been an incident of a gas leak and a Fire.
"Please keep your windows and doors shut in this area for the next few hours until the gas and smoke disperse."
