Car Ended Up On Its Roof After Crashing In Coalville: Driver Arrested For Being Twice Over Legal Limit

A car crashed and ended up on its roof in Meadow Lane in Coalville on Saturday - and the driver was arrested by police for drink driving.

North West Leicestershire Police arrived at the scene of the incident and breathalysed the driver who was found to be twice over the legal limit.

Officers posted on their Facebook page with a photo of the breathalyser's reading.

The message reads: "Yesterday, officers responded to a car that had crashed and ended up on its roof on Meadow Lane, Coalville.

"The driver was breathalysed and provided a sample of 76 which is more than twice the legal limit.

"Driver arrested. PC Dudley #notworththerisk"
